From everything I can gather, we're going to be seeing a lot of color in the spring, and that's something that always puts a smile on my face. What's the point of a rejuvinated world if we're all walking around in it dressed like shadows? BCBG's Max Azria was influenced by triangular shapes, among other geometrics, and it is reflected in the top half of his dresses and blouses for his Spring 2012 collection. There's also a bit of a Mondrian influence in the bold primary colors he used. The floaty silk and chiffon provide a nice juxtaposition for such rigid forms. Behold, my faves:
